Correctness over persuasion
We prioritize verifiable correctness over superficially compelling outputs. High-stakes decisions deserve more than probability scores and post-hoc explanations — they deserve certified, traceable logic.
Defensible, not approximate
We build decision infrastructure for organisations where the answer has to survive an audit, an examination, or a court. That requires a different kind of AI: one that produces the same decision for the same facts, that refuses when the evidence doesn't justify an answer, and that can show its work down to the clause in the source document. We do not claim to be 'intelligent.' We claim to be defensible.
Few-shot, not data-hungry
We infer decision rules from limited examples — not by fitting models on massive datasets that most organizations don't have. Expert knowledge is captured while it can still be articulated.
Refuses when uncertain
When evidence is insufficient, 
refuses to certify — and specifies exactly what additional evidence would be required. Integrity over output.
